As a support employee, you will have direct contact with our exciting customers from various industries. You are their first point of contact, help them further and thus play a key role in customer satisfaction. At the same time, you will support your colleagues with IT issues and look after the internal infrastructure.

This characterises you:

•  You have a computer science qualification.

• You are interested in familiarising yourself in detail with our Global Teach® product.

• You are motivated and enjoy dealing with our customers' concerns.

• You keep calm and stay on top of things, even when things get crazy.

• You have knowledge of Atlassian Servicedesk or another ticketing system.

• You have experience in the use of web applications.

• You have a very good command of German and French, as well as a good command of English.

• You look forward to using and expanding your skills every day.

• You work independently, take the initiative and have a convincing demeanour.

• Your debt collection and criminal records do not contain any active entries.
